BENEATH THE SEA announces that its 28th annual Ocean Expo and Dive Travel Show will convene at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, New Jersey the weekend of March 26th, 27th and 28th, 2004.
The largest consumer ocean exposition in the Americas, Beneath the Sea will present over 300 exhibitors from all corners of the world. Bringing education, information and excitement on the sea changes of our times to the oceans community is the most important part of Beneath the Sea’s charter. In order to fulfill that obligation to the oceans community, when Beneath the Sea convenes in 2004 there will be over 60 seminars and workshops examining our life in, on and around the oceans of the world all taught by specialists and industry experts. Add to that, equipment demonstrations, visual presentations of exotic destinations, and always the rattle, buzz and hum of social events and parties that celebrate the coming together of old and new friends. A Beneath the Sea weekend entertains, informs and excites the experienced diver and new diver alike, while enticing non-divers into joining this fraternity of friends beneath the sea.
Ocean Pals, Beneath the Sea’s environmental education program for children, will, under the aegis of their Seas of Tomorrow Society hold a black tie gala on Friday evening, March 26th to benefit The Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital at Westchester Medical Center. Then, on Sunday, March 28th Ocean Pals will honor the winners of the 2004 poster contest and host a party for children.
