About Pennyroyal Scuba Blue Springs:
Pennyroyal Scuba is a breath taking 22 acre former lime stone quarry that has since flooded and been developed into a regional diving & training destination for divers in the Mid West. We are the only full service diving destination in Kentucky and strive to maintain a safe and quality dive site for all divers to enjoy. From the time divers enter our facility to the time they leave, the biggest thing they will notice is our staff dedication to customer service. We pride ourselves on maintaining the clearest water inland, so that divers can enjoy our 40 plus attractions. This is where the difference is clear for inland diving.
Goal(s) for 2013:
To excel in our guest experience at our facility. To expand the knowledge of beginner divers as well as experienced divers thru educational classes.
About You, "The Professional"...
What I find most rewarding about my job:
The daily interaction with our guest. Meeting new divers that have traveled from distances to dive with us.
What I am most proud of (professionally):
The relationships with our customers both divers and dive shops.
Greatest piece of business advice I ever received:
If you can dream it, you can achieve it with hard work and dedication. Treat others as you yourself would want to be treated.
Where I see myself and/or business in 5 years:
Continuing to grow in the industry. Both personally and professionally. Leading our company into it's silver anniversary.
About You, "The Person"...
Favorite place to dive:
Most memorable dive experience:
Tampa Fl. When I was 12 and my first ocean dive lasted only 15 minutes until I emptied my tank.
Success it not given, it is earned with hard work and dedication.
Something people would be surprised to learn about me:
My lego collection. I have loved legos since I was a kid. I still like to sit down and build. I have built the complete Pirate collection and have it displayed at home.
